| Regent Seven Seas Cruises (RSSC) was formed as a result of the 1992 merger of Radisson Cruises and Seven Seas Cruises. Regent was once a part of Carlson Hospitality Worldwide of Carlson Companies, Inc. Up until 2006, this cruise line was known as Radisson Seven Seas Cruises. The name change reflected then-parent company Carlson's desire to associate the cruise line with their upscale Regent Hotel chain. In February of 2008, RSSC's parent company became Prestige Cruise Holdings (PCH), a subsidiary of Apollo Management, L.P. PCH is also the parent company of Oceania Cruises. Regent Seven Seas describes themselves as "upscale but not uptight," and consider their ships as being six-star quality. They are, without a doubt, one of the leaders in the ultra-luxury cruising industry. RSSC has twice been chosen as the world's top-rated cruise line by the readers of Conde Nast Traveler and Travel & Leisure magazine. Regent Seven Seas is well known for its spacious luxury ships, featuring top-notch accommodations and dining. Gratuities are included in the cruise fare, so you are not expected to tip anyone while onboard. Beverages, including select wines and spirits are also included in the cruise fare. There is also complimentary 24-hour room service and in-suite dining available. An in-suite bar setup is also included complimentary. Category B, and above, suites, get complimentary butler service. Sister ships, Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner (700 guest capacity per vessel) are both all-suite, all-balcony vessels. 90% of the staterooms onboard Seven Seas Navigator are balcony suites. During 2007 RSSC upgraded a number of luxury features onboard each of their ships. These upgrades include wireless internet, upgraded bedding, upgraded bathroom amenities, iPods in suites, and more. In 2009 Regent gave both Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager a thorough $40 million refurbishment, just in time for each of them to start their world cruise voyages. Among the upgrades received by both ships during this process was the addition of Prime 7 (a contemporary American steakhouse), new furniture and carpeting in many public areas, upholstery and furniture replacements in most suites, as well as updates to the spa and fitness center. As of January 2010, Paul Gauguin left the RSSC fleet. Her owner, Paul Gauguin Cruises, will continue offering year-round South Pacific cruises aboard her. |

| The Regent Seven Seas fleet travels to over 300 ports a year! The Seven Seas cruise ships can be found cruising around the world, in destinations such as Africa, Australia, the Caribbean, Europe, Mexico, the Middle East, New Zealand, the Panama Canal, South America, and Southeast Asia. During 2011, Seven Seas Voyager will be doing a fantastic World Cruise that totals a whopping 145-nights in length for the full world voyage itinerary. In addition to their interesting itineraries, RSSC also offers a very nice selection of shore excursions that delve deep into the destinations being visited. |

| The Regent ships are designed to cater to hundreds of people, rather than thousands. They have some of the highest staff-per-guest and space-per-guest ratios in the cruising industry. This results is a very relaxing and well serviced cruising experience for the Regent Seven Seas passengers. The dress code onboard a Regent Seven Seas cruise ranges from Country Club casual (for daytime) to informal (sport coat and tie) to formal (black tie). Shorts are not appropriate onboard after 6 pm. Regent Seven Seas offers a very nice enrichment program onboard each of their ships. Some of their cruises feature "Spotlight" thematic programs. Such a cruise features various lectures and programs focused on a particular area of interest. All of these sophisticated lectures are complimentary to the RSSC guests. For those guests that desire a more in depth learning experience, both onboard and ashore, there is also a Circles if Interest program available at an additional cost. There is an open dining setup onboard each of the Regent Seven Seas cruise ships. This means that you can eat where you want, when you want. Please be aware that reservations are recommended for the alternative dining venues. The Regent Seven Seas fleet offers excellent dining options. In fact, Le Cordon Bleu, one of the most famous culinary schools in the world, operates select restaurants onboard the Regent Seven Seas ships. Regent Seven Seas offers a Travel Concierge. This special features provides a custom shore excursion service to all Regent guests that desire it. The additional cost is $100 per port, plus the cost of the tour. An example of this service would be scheduling a personal shopper with back-door access to Milan's most exclusive shops. A typical Regent Seven Seas passenger is an affluent professional or retired person. Most RSSC passengers are experienced travelers. In particular, many are couples that are attracted to the luxurious Regent Seven Seas product. There will not be many children onboard a Regent Seven Seas cruise. In fact, Regent has implemented a policy that states that they may limit the number of children onboard each of their cruises. There is a children's program, known as Club Mariner, available on select sailings. |
